Great staff with a local touch
The hotel is nestled in a quiet residential area. The beach is just a 10-minute walk. The staff's attention to detail.
The downside was the restaurant's food often served cold, which could make mealtimes disappointing. The soundproofing in the rooms left much to be desired.

This hotel has very few staff, have to lay your own table for breakfast which was basic. Room was not cleaned properly, sink was not cleaned by maid, tap was broken and no bathroom soap, shampoo, etc. Door knobs came off on drawer. Beds were very hard and difficult to sleep on, no extra pillows. Could not recommend this hotel to english tourists, we stayed there as we needed to be in Santa Pola and was only hotel available. Would not go back.

Not the best of hotels, but you get what you pay for, not a place I would stay at again.

The following faults I list for you. The pool had no sun beds or chairs, so why have a pool if you can’t sit near it ? The door of the room could not be locked when inside. The Patio door/ window also could not be made secure The beds were terrible; it was possible to feel all the metal of the springs. The floor lamp was bent & unstable The tv was dirty The fan in the bathroom did not function The pillows were!! Terrible. 2 thin ones in one pillowcase The breakfast was not good. There were scrambled eggs with hot dogs, these were inedible & the fruit juice & coffee were from a machine. The receptionist on arrival was not pleasant & talked on the telephone while attending to us. The restaurant staff (only 1) was not pleasant. We booked this hotel because it has a 3 star quality ???? I think it does not qualify for 1 star. We would be interested in your response & hope you find this helpful.

missingWrote a review on 09 Augnoise disturbances
Noise disturbances are a real issue here, as thin walls let sounds from adjoining rooms creep in, disrupting sleep. Morning breakfasts were somewhat disappointing, with several cooked items often served cold and a limited selection at the evening buffet that left much to be desired. The absence of sun loungers around the pool was particularly frustrating for those hoping for a relaxing day under the sun. The hotel's distance from the center means frequent trips for nightlife and attractions could become a drawback for some.

Location really close to Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante also was n't far from the beach, castle in Santa Pola, the the city center, and the nearby Island of Tabarca. For tea or coffee visit Cafe de la Mar nearby. Hot breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages
